This schedule typically applies 7 days a week, nearly 365 days a year.
Basically, I always get the best of Monday (ready for high productivity),
Friday (close to weekend) and Saturday (start of weekend), every day!
This schedule can easily support almost any type of workload I may need.
The Productivity timeslices can easily be repurposed when appropriate.
Soft Productivity is great for absorbing variations, such as going outdoors.
This schedule makes it easy to achieve high discipline without sacrifices!
This schedule makes it inherently easy to gain and maintain momentum!
Sometimes, life happens and may throw things off balance.
The schedule helps to get back on track as soon as possible.
With a "mini-weekend" of guilt-free entertainment at the end of each day,
this schedule is inherently burnout-proof!
The flexible Entertainment period (no hard time limit),
along with the 100% sacrosanct 7:00 limit for getting out of bed,
allows to safely manage Productivity VS Entertainment tradeoffs.
Overindulging in Entertainment incurs a punishment (feeling groggy),
encouraging to scale back Entertainment to pay back the sleep deficit.
